      He was not typically considered as a serial killer, however, he was regarded as the most wanted man in Britain at his times. His murders were proclaimed as "sensational", he not only decomposed his victimes, but also drained them with all of blood. For that reason he was called "Vampire Killer". He was born in Stamford in 1909, his parents were developed to strong Puritan beliefs and were deeply rooted into the faith, were pronouned to be part of Plymouth Brethern.
